It's a combination of things dude..diet and a great routine!! Gotta make sure you're eating clean!..Check out my workout journal in my thread section when you have a chance..I have my complete diet and training routine there.
Do Heavy weight as well as high reps with low weight. Only do abs 3x a week. Some people do it every day. It's not really the best route. They need to re-coop also just like every other muscle group.
Abs are largely diet though. You can have jacked abs but you'll never know it if your diet isn't spot on.
HANGING LEG RAISES IS ONE OF THE BEST I HEARD FROM OTHERS...OBLIQUE EITHER ON A DECLINE BENCH OR CABLES, MEDICINE BALL SIDE TO SIDE, PLANKS ON THE FLOOR, AND I DO WOOD CHOPS THOSE HAVE HELPED ME BIG TIMES.. THERE ARE OTHER ABS WORKOUTS YOU CAN DO..JUST LOOK SOME UP ON HERE ON THE SITE FOR VIEWING..LET ME KNOW...LOL

YOU HAVE A GREAT SET OF ABS FROM WHAT I SEE ON YOUR PICS..I HAVE A DISADVANTAGE ON MINE... I WAS INVOLVED IN A SEVERE CAR ACCIDENT I ALMOST DIED 6YRS AGO..THE SEAT BELT CAUGHT ONTO MY STOMACH AND ALMOST SLICED IT IN HALF.. THE CAR WAS SLICED IN HALF.NOW I SUFFER FROM SEVERE ABDOMINAL BLOWS SPAMS FROM TIME TO TIME..SO I GO AROUND MY ABS IN DIFF WAYS..LOL
