thenaturalone Thank you! It isn't possible to lose localized body fat. You will need to reduce your over-all calorie intake to create an energy deficit in your body- in order to get your body to use that fat as fuel source. Of course regular aerobic training performed at least 3 times per week will also improve fat burning a great deal. Stay away from processed foods as much as possible- they contain more unhealthy fats, sugars- and sodium. Dec 31, 2012 12:31pm

PureLifeFitness Do Heavy weight as well as high reps with low weight. Only do abs 3x a week. Some people do it every day. It's not really the best route. They need to re-coop also just like every other muscle group. Abs are largely diet though. You can have jacked abs but you'll never know it if your diet isn't spot on. Oct 11, 2009 8:50am

ISABELHOTROD YOU HAVE A GREAT SET OF ABS FROM WHAT I SEE ON YOUR PICS..I HAVE A DISADVANTAGE ON MINE... I WAS INVOLVED IN A SEVERE CAR ACCIDENT I ALMOST DIED 6YRS AGO..THE SEAT BELT CAUGHT ONTO MY STOMACH AND ALMOST SLICED IT IN HALF.. THE CAR WAS SLICED IN HALF.NOW I SUFFER FROM SEVERE ABDOMINAL BLOWS SPAMS FROM TIME TO TIME..SO I GO AROUND MY ABS IN DIFF WAYS..LOL Oct 10, 2009 7:21pm
