Let's see. 1) I don't do cardio. 2) Diet is in a blog entry called 'monkey food'. 3) My favorite ab exercises are hanging leg raises, situps, and various crunches.
What's up Bop? Have you tried any exercise that targets the lower abs directly like hanging leg raises or the leg raises on the parallel bar? I have done those exercises to target my lower abs directly and it is developing fine. Some muscles on the body can be stubborn when trying to exercise it . You might need to be creative in working certain muscles that don't want to cooperate.
