day before yesterday i had a great workout. after being unmotivated and posting here on my blog, other members were great enough to send me some pick-me-ups. THANK YOU! this was what i did
elliptical (no moving hands!) total 20 min. Alternating...5 minutes of ramp@13 resistance@8 strides...

Thx Jen. Too bad more people don't realize that it's not about having earth-shattering w/o's everytime you hit the gym. It's about CONSISTENCY. Go to the gym even for a short w/o or a low energy w/o when not into it. It's the doing something everyday that is key. I can say I'm in better shape at 47 than 25. Not because I'm Joe Athlete, but due to consistency. (btw, nice legs ma'am). Have a great day.

I don't know if I say it's a craving for bad foods when I'm eating clean. I think it's more of a lifetime bad habit of munching at night. Plus, when I stressed or in a funk, I'm an overeater, not an undereater. BTW: I lived in LB when I was in the Navy ('88-91). :D

you don't list any goals, but karate should be one of them. with such a pretty face, you might need to learn self defense to fight the guys off!
