exactly 1 month after starting to recomp after my 1.5 year break from the gym.. Bodyweight stayed the same, body composition changed drasticly.

1 month into recomp after 1.5 years of not training.. 218lbs, same weight as I started, body composition changed drasticly, muscle memory kicking in, muscle seperation starting to appear slowly but surely
