Why I like this video: After finishing a class of RPM and flogging the legs we endeavoured to train legs here we hit 550kg (1210lbs) on leg press, this is the second set of it
Did 12 reps first set with no stabilising but needed to stabilise the knees on the second set. They were pretty worn out by this stage
