booshevitz Finally able to workout after a SEVERE sinus infection that took me out for 5 days. UGH! Definitely didn't have my stamina like I did.

  • I agree -- although I don't have moves like Jabber (like my 4 year old says) when I'm on pre-workout stuff. I'm sure my moves on the Test Booster are gonna be AWESOME!

bnay2706 Hey there. I am not a morning person lol and I work 2 jobs so its hard to find time on the day. I hate making excuses lol. I get flustered bcuz there is so much different info.....workout hard 7 days a week, workout moderate 3-4 days a week, eat 6 small meals a day.......its alot to figure out and devise a plan...especially since I am a fast food junkie and don't know the right healthy foods to buy.....when I have money that is....
