I pulled my trap where it meets the shoulder. I was only injured about 4 days but the pain was immobilizing.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
dumbbell chest flyes without a spotter because my arms tend to give out on them and then they fall on my face. I Don't do them last on chest day without a spotter anymore.
Yeah, something like that. I started a new job this past school year and I let stress cause me to re-gain some weight so I am a little annoyed with myself. Stuff happens, I guess. At least it is a good new job. Good luck this summer w/ training...and my goal is still to have a back like yours.
