Why I Love It:
since i can remember i have wanted my body strong and fit and i love to maintain my body in proper shape(good physique, figure, etc.)
Thats supposed to be big lifts not bog lifts, sorry. Meaning squats, cleans, deadlifts, and presses. THese will give you the most bang for your buck. The program also works on things like pull ups and dips and a few other supplemental movements. It is very simple and straight forward.
Looking at you r photos, I would suggest a program called Starting Strength from Coach Mark Riptoe. You can order the book online. Just Google Starting Strength and you will find a good bit of info. It revolves around bog lifts and a few supplemental exercises. You can come back and detail later, but SS has been known to put some serious size on those that follow it correctly.
