Overall Goal: hear are two key measurements my stomach is 48 and my area under breast is 37, I need my stomach to match my waste, right now that isn't the case.

i work out at the gym 5 days or more a week and ride bikes 5 nights a week for an hour or more at a time. I really enjoy free weights.

How I Started:
my husband and i have been working out on and off for years but i have always just done machines. I feel fit but my body doesn't reflect it so, time to get serious. My husband is training me on free weights now and i am doin lots of cardio. time to quit playing and loose some weight, i have had 6 kids including a set of twins and my body shows it. Time to turn back time.
Why I Love It:
I love working out, it is my me time. I really enjoy it now that my husband is helping me with free weights, it is new and rewarding. I can tell that i am working out now. The more i feel it the more i want to do more.
How I Stay Motivated:
i think about how i will look in cloths, how i hate shopping now and i look forward to the day that i can actually feel sexy in lingerie.
BB Accomplishments:
Right now simply going from machines to free weights and keeping up with my husband during workouts. I don't have much strength right now but i will get there, everyday is a new challenge. I love a challenge.
I bought an ab coaster, has anyone ever used one. I am really excited about it if anyone has any work out tips for this or abs in general let me know. I have had 6 kids including a set of twins so my abs are shot! Any ab tips are greatly appreciated.
No problem. I am certainly trying to get it! Italia37 gave me one of her tips that has been working really well for me so far. This is going on like my 3rd week doing it. Take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in 8 oz of water twice a day.
