Background

When I Started: Sep 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I was Active Duty in the Air Force for 10 years, fitness was a priority. Picked up on some weight training and the rest is history...

WHY I LOVE IT:

You can never be FIT or Big enough. Its a never ending quest to be perfect.
