I know its not a huge improvement. But its been tough, i kept hurting my self so i was out for a while and then had to start all over... couple of times. So now im working my ass off and i hope nothing shitty happens :) Wish me luck.
PS: On my progress pics i decided to choose pictures where i wasnt really flexing so you can see the transformation without pumps.
