I was a scrawny little kid so at about age 14.. I ordered a set of barbells out of a catalog...Body building and staying fit has always been a high priority....
Why I Love It:
Control over your body is one of the few things in life that you have control over. I really like the feeling of the pump after the workout...

Look in the mirror. I like the rush after the workout. I am in the best shape I have been in years..

That's great to hear. I've been going kinda easy on my shoulders due to some left should pain but I had the best pump during a back workout yesterday than I've had in a while.
You'll heat up pretty fast if you push it hard enough. Happy training. Work HARD! Are you taking your BCAA's to hold on to your muscle? Have a good weekend.
My training is still very much on track. I'm only a little disappointed but this gives me more time to CRUSH come spring time! I was very happy with my progress so it's really okay! My trainer is great!
