i know dieting is important but ive been having a hard time figureing out what to eat and not 2 eat. Some people tell me to lay off the carbs and others tell me 2 just stop eating fatty foods (even tho i hardly eat that). what do u recommend?

ya i'll post the pictures up as soon as i have more time. I measured my BF ages ago so i dnt remember wat it was but wen i was measured on my abs i was told that i didnt have much fat there..and its true like,i have a flat stomach but with rlly little definition..but if i work on my abs a lot i get results rlly quick coz i remember i rlly worked on it a few months ago and i cud alredy see maajor results..but i stopped and it kinda went away :P. I'll post my pics up and u tell me wat u think

cz im also trying 2 bulk up my thighs sum more..theyre alredy thick and muscular but i want em to be thicker like ures.I stopped working out for a month and now im bck at full speed..wish me luck :P
