How I Started:
i've always been really skinny because i've got such a high metabolism..when i was 14, kids in skool even thought i was anorexic because thats jst how skinny i was! even thought i pretty much eat like a pig. I started weight training at the age of 15 but i didnt use a lot of weight because my dad,whoz a football coach,advised me not to coz i was so young. At 17 i got completely addicted! i went to the gym everyday after skool,made my own training programme and started lifting weights to bulk up my thighs and my glutes..IT WORKED! i got sooo many compliments form people and some even thought i'd had implants on my butt :P
Why I Love It:
I LOOOOOVE working out because it helps me get rid of all the anger i have sometimes...i leave the gym in a really good mood and feel energised for the rest of the day. The compliments i get from my bf,my friends and my family make me feel soo happy and proud of myself. Working out makes me feel strong,dedicated and good about myself...wat could possible be better than that?!
How I Stay Motivated:
The results that i see in myself keep me motivated and gettting compliments..but what motivates me the most is by seeing pictures of other people;especially women who have the body i want to have.It gives me a drive to do watever i can to have wat they have or have better.
BB Accomplishments:
well...i went from 45 kgs to 56.5 in lean mass. I still look super feminine, and my boyfriend looves it..so lets jst say that my accomplishment was going from a super skinny chick to thicky thick thick!!

Goal (Long):
I've always had a big butt...but wat i really want is that super perky bubble booty thats so big and "up there" and it doesnt even look real..basically i want ghetto booty. I also want my thighs to be thicker and work on my back.I love the shape on my back so i'd really like to enchance that. Getting a six pack is also another goal that i have. My abs are fine alredy but i gotta work harder and reach my goal. I know i can do it..by September i know i'll be fully satisfied already. I'll work as hard as i can and take in as many suggestions u guys have so tha ti can be the best that i can be.

Melissa Detwiller. Why?! She's got tons of muscle and looks super feminine and HOT..her thighs are perfection..theyre big but theyre not too big. She's my idol and my main source of inspiration.

I would train your legs once a week and when you do, train them until full failure at higher reps of 20-30. Let me know how it works.
