How I Started:
my best bud took me to Golds Venice and I totally loved it... had injury off and on. 3 yrs ago (heavy squats-neck) forced me out of gym for training......Now back at it full time and want to get my mass back
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the energetic feeling of working out and especially after leaving the gym, the high is natural and awesome
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing what I can improve on my body and of course seeing my buds (who are way bigger! and lift more) motivates me

Working thru my injury and getting over it and back to the gym full time...
