this is me at 118 pounds. This is mroe of a starting picture because i want to tone all of my muscles more, and my arm muscles are somewhat good and i have a barely visible 6 pack

Goal (Long):
I want to put 50 % more protien into my diet. also i want to work out a lot, and get a membership to a gym. i am looking for one to join right now. also i want to do a lot of weight training in my legs, abs, glutes, and a little bit in my arms.
