How I Started:
I used to get in trouble alot in school and wasn't very interested in it. Then I got on football and power lifting and I loved it ever since. My Grandparents made me get off the team because of my grades so i stoped for a few years. But when i got to college my best friend got me back into it an i've never looked back.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, relaxing, challenging, focus, let out anger, and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always tell myself I have to get stronger, that I'm weak and must push harder.
BB Accomplishments:
On my bday I benched 300 way ahead of schedule! n My Body fat is 6.5%(months ahead of schedule). Water % 67.4, Bone Mineral Mass 9.2, and muscle mass 74.2. I cant wait to bench 320:) But thats nothing because I'm about to get way bigger and stronger

I proposed to someone and was turned down then found out some very disturbing things, amongst losing my great grandmother and other things. Because of all that has happened I have vowed to return to the darkness of solitude closing my self off from everyone so that I will never be that weak again. I hate the man I am now and will become stronger, mind, body, and spirit no matter what it takes. I attained greatness before and will do it again.

Before I went off to Air assualt school in the summer my ACL was injured, not to the point of needing surgery but I was stuck in a chair for about 2 months. Yet and still, I still managed to get through Air Assault and now have no problems doing squats, leg extensions, and other exercises like I used to.
