I used to get in trouble alot in school and wasn't very interested in it. Then I got on football and power lifting and I loved it ever since. My Grandparents made me get off the team because of my grades so i stoped for a few years. But when i got to college my best friend got me back into it an i've never looked back.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good, relaxing, challenging, focus, let out anger, and makes me feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I always tell myself I have to get stronger, that I'm weak and must push harder.
BB Accomplishments:
On my bday I benched 300 way ahead of schedule! n My Body fat is 6.5%(months ahead of schedule). Water % 67.4, Bone Mineral Mass 9.2, and muscle mass 74.2. I cant wait to bench 320:)

I was cut but skinny, like leroy on Last Dragon sho nuff!! lol
doing 90lbs, i started at 100 but wit no spotter i was severely hurting my rest n i might have dropped it on my self
Drop bodyfat back to 7%, raise max bench back to at least 270, run 1 mile in 5:30 or less. Get a 4.0GPA during the summer
Goal (Long):
Well about 5-6 months ago I was at my peak, max bench 320, crazy definition in muscles, etc. After 5-6 months off though and 1 month of stomach flu, flu, cold, and allergys, I lost 10lbs, sum definition, and rose my bodyfat to 8.8%. Now school is out, and I got a new bike, some supplements, new determination and I'm ready
Hey yall I finally got the vid done, its me updating again and benchin 320 2x an my boy 400 4 times. I dont agree that the bar has to hit your chest to count, and i only do that when doin close grip bench. Hope yall enjoy
I was on the Triphase workout plan and because of it im where im at today. However being that im with out my own equipment i have to use whats avaliable(and free lol im broke). I managed to put together a routine for myself, i maxed out and lifted today. I'm still liftin...

He he, well, you'll have fun. Your training may not be what you want it to be, but you'll definitely get even leaner. And when does school start back?
