I love the way I feel and look and no the dedication it takes to acheive the dream of body-building.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by training people and teaching others how to care for themselves and making them feel 100 percent about themselves. Were all beautiful in our own ways and thats motivating enough.

Won Shannon Dey fitness level five 2006.
Also won Debbie Kruck Classic 2007 and took the over all in figure 2007.
Planning on winning some nationals this year with the help of training and dedication.
