My workouts are hard to put in a program
I have 2-3 bristal boards dedicated to each body part that is posted on my walls in my personal gym.
I work out like this... I have days 1-3 1 day off for Weights and every other day I do abs.
Day 1 is butt and legs. I will never do that same...
