started playing about with the weights when i was younger then started american football 3 months ago and realised i wasnt strong enough to match the other players so decided to hit the gym hard
Why I Love It:
helps me feel and look better also allows to be more competative at sports
How I Stay Motivated:
by playing football and also dreaming of that six pack lol
