this is 2 weeks after i started lifting, i weighed 142lbs in this pic.. benched 110lbs 6x. and squated 205lbs 6x
|
seems like the mass gains are becoming extremely slow, but i feel a bit more defined in this pic

this is the begining of week 6. in this picture i weigh 150lbs. bench 135lbs for 2 sets of 6. and squat 250lbs for 2 sets of 8
