this is 2 weeks after i started lifting, i weighed 142lbs in this pic.. benched 110lbs 6x. and squated 205lbs 6x
seems like the mass gains are becoming extremely slow, but i feel a bit more defined in this pic

my doctor told me that i should be anywhere from 130-160, but i was at 180 with 10%bf and only had 18lbs of fat left on me, so its kind of crazy to continue to say that!!! I couldn't imagine myself that little!!!
