How I Started:
Aint nothing new. Well sort of. I was wounded in Afghanistan in Oct 2006. Been a slow and long recovery since then. Finally back in the Gym.
Been into working out since I came into the Army and realized just how much I loved it.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing more rewarding than to work toward something and see the progess
How I Stay Motivated:
Now. . . by coming on this site, and looking at other peoples pics and progress. And trying to get back to were i was.
Well I just started taking some protein and oatmeal 1.5 hrs before I work out now. I get up at 0430 and take them right away then its off to work! Training begins at about 0630 and goes until Im done! About an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. And o far so good! Im deffinetly more energized in...
chest tris... back bis.... legs shoulders... the repeat so 6 days on 1 day rest abs and cardio alternating days.... i try to eat good whole foods as much as possiable but i do cheat u have to to stay sane .. so my diet i would say is average .. but whe i lift i bust my frickin ass so i dont really need a amazing diet.. it would be betta but whateva haha
