I love how it makes me feel. I like seeing the changes and knowing that I'm a healthier being for it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is a tricky one for me...I will be motivated for a time, then it will fade. I find that I need to have some type of inspiration or reassurance to keep going. I look through bodyspace, and bodybuilding.com transformations for inspiration..one day I would love to become one of those inspiring people myself...

I think I have gotten the eating right part down. I have been doing very well sticking to my meal plan and am feeling pretty damn good about it. Now on the the exercise part of my transformation plan, I haven't been able to fit that in. This term of school has been crazy, and I have not...
Feel for ya and wish the best for combating this. As to the rest of us who are perfectly healthy and not working out- we have no excuses at all.... thanks for motivating me when I needed it!
I do know a good Personal Trainer, she even comes free to family, you should see if your membership at the rac includes going to other gyms and you could come up and see me!!! You and steve come up and Steve and martin can hang out and watch the kids and I can take you to my gym and kick your butt! give you a two month program
ahh... You know better! How did that chocolate craving pan out? I drank a bunch a wine and went to sleep BUt i am headed to the Gym right now.. Its kill the legs day and some cardio! Hope to see ya there! Its always more fun! even if i can only look at you! <3
