How I Started:
I have been active since highschool. Track, Cheerleading....now jogging, kickboxing, aerobic body sculpting, etc. I love to workout and feel fit. I have 3 young boys and gained a considerable amount of weight each time and have successfully lost each time as well. Now I want to push the envelope and go where I have never gone before...not to the moon!
Why I Love It:
It clears my head, it is also my time to worship the Lord and get close to HIM on a 1:1 basis.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking Great and feeling awesome when I feel healthy and fit. And I don't forget...as my hubby says, "A strong body = a strong mind!"
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining 50+ lbs with each beautiful son born and losing it! Earning AFAA Primary Group Certification in Aerobics and Kickboxing!

Goal (Long):
I plan to reach an "ideal" off season body composition by the end of this year. I want to see defined abs and lose ALL my "mommy/baby fat". I expect be be tight and toned! I then plan to train through 2009 for my first Figure competition, the Gateway Classic, in October. ULTIMATELY.... I would like to follow in the footsteps of wonderful Fitness models like Jaime Eason and Jennifer Nicole Lee and show all working moms out there that remarkable fitness goals CAN BE ACHIEVED!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 seconds. I dont need a lot of rest, plus it kind of acts as a cardio workout.

Regained the 7 lbs of muscle i lost recuperating from breast aug. surgery. and lost fat, so now down to 17% body fat (from the jump up to 22% post surgery - bad girl!) and 139lbs.

 Looking forward to my new 4 week program to lean out some more fat.  Trainer says we will then plan for one...
