i go to rahang for workout...but stay in seremban 2..just go there when lunchtime..monday to friday...i went to orientel gym but the fees a bit high :)

another thing is... my advice... do a little bit of cardio bro, it will help you through out your gym career. It help you to cut off fat, keep your heart healthy too. Eat clean bro.... I my self was a begginer too 3 years ago. What motivates me; is the results and self confident that i gain from weightlifting. besides it thought me how to disciplined myself. Bodybuilding is a marathon bro, results won't come in months... even rome wasn't built in a day. So stay motivated and keep doing what u r best at. I know i will be a great bodybuilder one day, no matter how long it takes.
