Greetings. You have a good base to start with. Like the definition of the abs. However, I recommending that you do a clean bulk for at least 2 months. Eat foods high in protein, carbs, unsaturated fats, vitamins, and minerals. Eat at least 5 small meals a day every 3 hours.
