I do a 3 day a week program. My trainer and I created this, but I'm definitely open to adjusting it...

Keep pushing yourself man. I'm surprised there's not more hype about skinny guys getting big. I was up to 195, and was totally fat. I slimmed down to 155, and was looking skeletal. So far, I'm back up to 178, but my goal is to put on another 20 to 25 lbs before I start cutting for t-shirt season.
Thanks for the add, brother. I'm also in MWC. You supplementing at all? It seems like i was able to break quite a few barriers with my skinny ass with supplements and diet - but mostly diet.
Definitely give your upper body a break and listen to what your shoulder is telling ya. I totally relate with your comment about skinny people - damn ectomorph’s can’t catch a break! Hang in there bro!
