When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
Well at the beginning of 2009 I decided that I was tired of being fat and unhealthy. I'm involved with theater and I would get better parts if I had a better body. Also as a kid i always wanted to look like the professional wrestlers did.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me a time for me. Just me and the weight and my treadmill. I always feel great after a huge workout.I know being sore and sweaty is good, therefore I never end a workout if I'm not both.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just hearing people telling me I look better and seeing all the pics on BodySpace.

I want to lose enough weight and gain enough muscle that I will be healthier and more comfortable in my own skin.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to take my shirt off and smile, instead of grimace. Ever since Elementary school I have been the fat kid. I'm finally tired of it. I want to be able to go to the beach and show off my abs or huge chest. Having support and encouragement is how I know I will suceed.
Just keep up the good work man. Be consistent and don't let anyone get you down. Also don't be tempted to eat fast food when others are going out to get some. Just think of losing some body fat so when your in high school all the girls will be wanting to touch your muscles.
You inspire me man. i see this boy on my way home everyday and he is about the same age and size of you when you first started i really want to help him but not pressure him into getting fit and losing fat. when you get down to 175lbs you will look amazing dude then you can start building muscle, you will probably be incredibly strong by that time as you have been carrying around alot of excess bodyweight, good luck!xx
