the squat jumps with weights help me a ton, but my bw has been going up so my vert has been pretty static, its around 38 right now...

squat jumps with 5-10 pounds weights in the hands, plyometrics, power skips etc, power cleans, and good old fashioned dunking (find the strength shoe workout program and use the same program without the shoes, better if you do it in the grass with cleats on)

it took me about 9 months to get rid of all the bf but I lost a lot of muscle with it too, now im trying to build back only lean weight...happy holidays to you 2 primo

haha ya energy in motivation, if you arent enjoying life, whats the point in living?? I figure we are all so damn small in the scheme of things that there is no pressure in life so I just try to my best at everything and if Im not then oh well theres always tomorrow. And if tomorrow never comes then theres nothing to worry about!!!

ya I played with a guy that did a 3 week on s-drol...tore him up pretty good...depression, horrible blood readings. i have put on about 8 pounds in the last 3 months just from eating right ( 200 grams protein in 7-8 meals) and aroun 300 calories with HEAVY lifting. Just dont think its worth the risk but just MHO
