meal 1: 6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs + 100g oatmeal + 100g strawberries + fat free yogurt ( 69p 17f 88c = 721kcal)
meal 2: (pre workout) 200g white rice +100g strawberries + 6.5oz Chicken breast (50p 7f 50c = 463kcal)
just before training I take one scoop of 1mr + xtend (20p = 80kcal)
right after training I take 100g maltodextrin, 1 scoop xtend, 5g muscle pharm creatine and 1 scoop of isoflex (50p 50c 400kcal)
meal 3: (post workout) 200g white rice + 100g beans + 1 banana + 6.5oz lean beef (66p 21f 88c = 806kcal)
meal 4: 200g white rice + 1/4 avocado + 6.5oz chicken breast (52p 16f 45c = 541kcal)
meal 5: 4 slices whole bread + 5oz turkey breast + 1/4 avocado (48p 19f 51c = 567kcal)
meal 6: 8 egg whites or 2scoops Myofusion Probiotic+ 2tbsp peanut butter (56p 16f 6c = 392kcal)
a total of 400gprot 100gfat 430gcarb = 4220 kcal (42% carbs 38% protein 20% fats)

Decided to entry this bodyblog so I can keep my records and show it to other people at the same time. My goal is to bulk clean, add the most muscle I can with less fat. That means a clean diet with a high calorie intake and very few cheat meals. So far my diet will be like this:
