High intensity fast circuit weight training beats out high drama cardio
Right now to start (1st 2 to 3 weeks) Im training 6 days split like this,...chest bi tri,mon...,leg Tuesday...,back delt wed,,,cardio only thurs,repeat,after 2/3 weeks Ill be training a muscle group per day for 5 days,intense fast super sets,I dont believe in killer cardio,its never worked much for me,I do very litle after my workout,and the day you stop all the cardio it all comes back,for me diet and maintaining muscle has always worked,I tweak it along the way as the body adapts but these are my general rules...

my brief diet plan week 1
my diet week 1 and 2,consist of 6 meals I balanced my carbs,protein,fats,because Ive been eating poorly and high calorie last 2 months,I start week 1 and 2 a lil higher than I normally would,as my weight drops Ill subtract my micros a bit as well as my carb intake. Also my training split is divided into 3's the 4th day is my "rest day"but I do cardio on an empty stomach with a fat burner and good BCAA mix,Ill up this to 2 to 3 days a week as I progress (best not to do a lot to start) Ive never done "a lot" of cardio,general rule is 30 to 40 min train 15 to 20 min cardio,and 45min to an hour cardio on off day,I sometimes up these if Im trying to reach a goal and im at a plateau,but generally I can control with diet and resistance.Im at day 3 and SORE SORE SORE. start weight 155,goal around 137,let the games begin,woopwoop*
