What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I usually have a meal and apple juice with creatine and glutamine. If I have no meal I take two scoops of protein powder with added glutamine and creatine.

Had  a leg workout this morning. The best I've had in months and my knees didn't complain. I felt as if I would pass out but left the gym with a smile on my face. Almost forgot what it felt like. Wow!!

Stair master 10 minutes
