What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I usually have a meal and apple juice with creatine and glutamine. If I have no meal I take two scoops of protein powder with added glutamine and creatine.

yeah... you could say that... however i like to set pretty high goals for myself... come August i may not have reached my goal BUT my success will be determined by the effort i put into *trying* to reach it...

stay off of the supplements if u started training...all u need right ow is some good food intake such as fish, tuna, chicken,turkey,steak, beef vegetables and fruit my dude
That is why I am in no rush to get my pro card. I will slowly fill out my physique at the amateur level. Getting my pro card now will only force me to put on a ridiculous amount of muscle and ruin my physique.
