I actually first started to lift weights back in 1993 when I was 15. My friends started weightlifting group and I got hooked although I was never a serious lifter. Having been long out I picked up training again on beginning of 2005 and moved into serious training and bodybuilding about a year ago.
Why I Love It:
I love physical activity and the feeling of being fit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm naturally motivated but I do get kicks out of clear visual improvement in my physique.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking out of half-assed training regimes and "fitness" magazine "get sixpack in two weeks" type of training advice. Finally educating myself about real bodybuilding.

This photo was taken around the time I started to bodybuild seriously.
1) Get to 70kgs bodyweight by end of 2007 while keeping bodyfat no more than 10.5%.
2) Bench press 1RM 100kgs by February 2008.
3) Harden up physically & mentally. Challenge myself out of my comfort zones.
4) Obtain & maintain deep tan throughout the year.
Well, I had a spare moment to write down something here. In last two months I've been more working much more on my life than on my training so I have barely logged in. It's been hectic so the times I've had chance to train I've tried to maximise...
Hi... sorry for the delayed reply. I visited Canada (home) for three weeks and am still dealing with HUGE homesickness :(... not fun! So you're dragging your BodySpace GF to the gym... hehehe. Wish I had someone to drag me. At my gym I'm basically the only girl pushing the weights so it'd be nice to have someone there motivating me.
Hi ;) Ya, the weight program was a success but now I'm looking to bulk up a bit in between fights. Training on hold?! Why? Hope you get back into training soon. Stay fit, stay strong.

Wow! You really think so? I'm not quite satisfied with my arms yet- I lost some size when I cut so I'm working hard to try to regain it :) (in LBM that is). You have made very good progress yourself- keep up the hard work! Thank you for the encouraging compliment, Tink

Thank you for your kind words, indeed, my lats could be bigger to enhance the V shape. You have good definition in your upper body and mid section show good cuts in the abs. Vascularity is present in the forearms good stuff! Keep pumping heavy and smart, enjoy your work-outs ;)
