Reason: Not too sure really, someone told me once upon a time to take it, I have a whole shit load so I throw it into my shakes.

Reason: After workout drink, actually I really like this product, taste good its a good quick meal after my workout, I seem to recover faster, and gives me a little energy boost.

Reason: just a protein supplement, but not a big fan of the taste, I will choose something different next time, maybe same brand just different flavor.

Reason: Energy supplement, to give me that extra drive, my workouts are long and sometimes I don't get the proper sleep, so this stuff is new will see how I feel during my workouts, good reviews from the guys at the gym.

Reason: Going on a Low-Caloric Diet, not to the extreme but would like to get my body fat percentage down and one of the problems with this type of diet is malnutrition, so the Universal Animal paks gives me all the vitamins and minerals that I will be lacking from the food, studies have shown that low-caloric diets actually increases your life span.... in mice.. lol
