Doing a giant set with three lateral movments then finished off with seated mil press.
Front lateral raises, followed immediately with side lateral raises followed immediately with bent over lateral raises. 8-10 reps each total sets 9 sets, 3 giant sets.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
My biceps never truly responded to basic BB curls, it wasn't until I added incline DB curls (both arms at the4 same time), twisting at the bottom (turning the palms inwards towards the body) and then twisting again at the top (pinky higher than thumb). So I normally work from home, but I am on a project that needs some special attention so I have to go to the city on a daily basis. My morning commutes have been great but this Friday I had to work late left the city at 11:30 PM.
I am thinking ok should get home around a quarter to 1 not...

My right arm is where that came from. Bummed this week I have been sick and am down 5 lbs from 178. I just cannot get to the elusive 180. Sorry to hear that is the norm. Hang tight with those who believe in you. Take care.
