I try to keep it simple, just eat less calories then you burn :o) I workout 4-5 times a week - I always run 2.5 km(1.55 miles) for worm up - then my training routine: . Day 1 Chest, Triceps & Shoulders. . Day 2 Back & Biceps, . Day 3 Legs & lover back - and a always finish running no less then 2.5 km (1.55 miles) sometimes I run 6 - 7 km (3.72 - 4.35 Miles) If I´m not motivated for weight lifting then I usually run up to 10 km. I hope my english is OK :o)

Are you sleeping? Don't work out so much. Give your body the rest it needs. Not all of the fatigue is depression. I would not recommend any more than 3-4 days in the gym, per week. Rest up. Take time to enjoy some of the things you were too busy for Get some rest. I have even found that my gains are more significant if I take two to three weeks off once in a while. Otherwise, I hope everything works out (no pun intended) for you.

If you are training aerobically everyday you will go from a large fat person to a small fat person (not saying you are fat. It is just a way of explaining things). Your body needs a certain amount of protein to function. And if you are using all of your nutrients up - as in over training - your body will turn to the muscles to find the nutrients it needs, hence eating the muscles.

You cannot lose ten pounds in one week without having cancer or something. If you lose between one and three you are at a healthy pace.

I cut out refined sugar and bread from my diet bro. In fact i'm not eating any white grains right now and i can feel the difference. Sometimes your body is just slow to react. You might want to check with your own physician and see what is going on if nothing continues to change.

My man. Have you made any improvements yet in your quest to lose some weight? Any changes at all?

Bodygoz..I didn't hear you say anything in reference to your diet. Abdominal definition has mostly to do with diet. No matter how hard you work your abs, if you are taking in too many calories, they will hide your progress. Keep on keepin on! Hugs Peg

Hey buddy what are you eating. Diet is 90% of the transformation. Try to go with a high protein and low carb diet. And if you are eating any sweets, or any junk food, Get rid of them. Your body should be changing after all that work.
