How I Started:
i was always into the cardio but i started bodybuilding after i met my boyfriend at the gym. he used to compete and train people for competitions but he said he would never train me becuz he didnt think i could hang, so....i had to prove him wrong and now im addicted.
Why I Love It:
i like the changes in my body and it also helps me keep my stress level in check.
How I Stay Motivated:
i have a very sexy older man in my life who challenges me everyday. as well as 2 girls that keep me on my toes.
BB Accomplishments:
i was able to let loose of my fears of eating and gaining weight (eating disorder since age 15) and my low self esteem and put on some muscle and a bikini and walk onstage and compete this year as a bodybuilder in front of friends, family and strangers.....yes hell!!!

i do a push/pull split
chest/shoulders/triceps
legs
ba ck/biceps
cardio abs
each worout i do 15-60 minutes cardio, then train. on cardio days i do 45-60 minutes and train abs and hit an area i feel could use an extra little push like calves.

Hi there,yeah that's a tricky one! Luckily I'm not one for sweet things,just on occasion. For the carbs,try not to eat any after 5-6pm,but I'm sure u know that. Or get a carb blocker to help block the absorption of carbs. Hope it helps.
I actually pull for 3 teams, Panthers, Steelers,and who ever is playing the cowboys, so this weekend I was 65% happy lol By the way your looking great!!
Interesting. What is his eating disorder? I feel so sad right now. Check out LadyFirefighter's bodyspace. She has made great gains from a contest. I suggested her to watch the diet after the comp. It's real advice. Feel me? But diet is so tuff(even for me) so I hope this doesn't 'cause self image probs. Nice to hear from U!
Hey, your pics are so cool. You have a killer mid section. I read your bodyspace page over today. Women & eating disorders...such a shame since if women have it-some guy some where is goo goo ga ga over it. Why? 'cause WOMEN have it! It would be cool if you help some lost soul wit a eating disorder out there... Since you've been there and are on point now.
That hurts Kimberely, I live about 40 miles north of Panther Stadium. I've loved the Steelers since Terry B, Lynn S,LC Greenwood, Mean Joe Green, Jack Lambert and all the 70's boys, but darnit I'm a Carolinian and I gotta pull for the Panthers, even if they suck this year. lol Have a good one girl.
