First off, I began to HATE being skinny.I was 18 and weighed 116 lbs at my heaviest. Needless to say, Im a hardgainer. I couldnt put on weight for nothing!! I tried countless supplements and routines. Nothing seemed to work. I was on the internet one day in a forume where they were having a discussion about a site thats been getting awesome reviews and became the #1 rated program out of the millions on the internet. I tried it out for the summer before my senior year. In that one summer I put on close to 45 lbs of muscle!!! I had stretch marks on my triceps thighs and upper back!!! where they got big so fast. Im 5'7 and went from 116-163 lbs!!! My bench went from 110 to 285 in around 5 months! although I injured my shoulder lifting because I moved up in weight too fast I believe. The best thing Ive ever done is order the product from that site.. no joke!

I love the feeling...I also very much like looking great. I dont have a problem with taking my shirt off at a beach or pool! and thats a change from when i was real skinny.
How I Stay Motivated:
My transformation, the looks you get when you go anywhere...the respect you get from other body builders. Thnking how I would feel the next day if i miss working out for worthless reason.
BB Accomplishments:
MAking A COMPLETE body transformation in one summer and able to keep the size on!!! Uping my max bench from 110 to 285. squats from 150-585lbs

Goal (Long):
My goal is to put on another 35-40 lbs...I tried a program online that I found and in one summer put on close to 45 lbs of solid muscle!!!
and like I've been telling everyone else... no I was not on steroids!
