How I Started:
I was in many many sports throughout h.s., including gymnastics. Started working out with the football players, and really wanted to show them up with my bench press!
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel great in your own skin...and i'ts a great thing to pass onto your children.

AFter having my 3 beautiful babies, I won my pro card, with the NGA, and now I"m going to be competing at the 2010 Arnold classic, for figure!

Goal (Long):
I reached my goal!!! I earned my pro card on May 2, 2009!!!! And then reached another goal! Traveled to Denver to try to place top 3 in figure open...to try to qualify for the Arnold...and I did it! I"m going to be competing at the Arnold this next year!
