When I was younger i was very skinny until 5th grade then I started to gain weight. In high school I took weight training as a class and began to like working out.
my workouts are based on a different high intensity training: www.crossfit.com & www.gymjones.com thats where I get my workouts. As far as diets, I just try to eat clean and well rounded healthy meals only giving myself a few cheat meals. Hope that helps!
