Watched Pumping Iron, bought a 117 pound, cement based, set of weights and never looked back
Why I Love It:
Moving the iron: the effort extended, the burn and subsequent pain. Sick I know....
How I Stay Motivated:
The concept of bulking and cutting. I love stretching the shirts during winter and pulling 'em off in the summer.

The crazy ab quest is well & truly underway. My core strength is constantly increasing for Krav Maga, and I know the abs will come eventually. No rush though, heavy winter clothes will remain til at least May! Look like ur own quest is going well.
