So, only three more weeks of eating the crap. I'm currently up to 241 and feel if I really try to just absolutely stuff the Christmas junk food, I may be able to reach 250 by years end. I started my quest to put on some more total-beef a little over two years ago at the svelte weight of 190 and...
All workouts done in the P.M.
All sets are Heavy Duty (High Intensity)
I am currently looking for mass, period.
I am prescribing to Mike Mentzer's principles on Heavy Duty Training: which is predicated on the idea of reaching complete muscle failure, by means of one High Intensity set...
ahaa nonexistant thus far. had to stop training oct due to an emergency stomach surgery. was looking forward to the OK form my doctor to starting training soon, but just got in a 4car pile up yesterday... UGH. how about you!?
im working on my website and I'm excited about that! ummm stories? not really but I found something on you tube that really made me laugh! Check out the WTF blanket! Still crying laughin over that one!
I think that Yellowstone and the Black Hills of WYO are pretty. I am in the high plains so the snow is dirty. It is hard to do outdoor workouts here but the gusts offer resistance if you can stand the wind chill. I miss the lack of snow AND the heat. I liked seeing snow on the mountains in AZ but it was nice knowing it was far away, like Payson, Flagstaff, and Sedona. I worked in Scottsdale at a resort and one night we got snow on the 101 and people were going crazy!
LOL...you gotta give the old girls something to make the day worthwhile...I'm hoping there are young hot studs to look at when I'm older. Weekend looks COLD. Trying to get stuff in order for Christmas. I never feel like I'm ready.
I like Christmas too snow would be ncie but I live in the south so I dont happen often. The plan is to do the NPC Greater Gulf States. I want to do a low key show for my 1st show. You can look at my progress pics and see I need to work on leaning out more. Especilly my glutes they are horrible!!

xmas party will always be fun with more people for sure :P
we are gonna do pj party this time..
Good luck at the Copperstate...I almost did that one a few years back. I went to ASU from 2001 to 2007 (undergrad and Master's programs) and moved to Wyoming in '08. I miss the weather there...and the shopping, and the gyms, and One-Stop Nutrition...:-)
Oh..I understand the older ladies finding you hot...LOL. I love those old girls...I get their husbands hitting on me ...but they all think I'm their nurse. LOL. My husband has his old following also...many old ladies with their total knees and hip fractures love a younger handsome built surgeon...LOL. What else do they have LOL
Hi Scott. I'm laughing at your Beef Cakes...too funny. We aren't geriatric...Marathon prep isn't in full swing. Not until after the holidays. I'm taking it slow now that I'm pain free again. Tricky ice patches and pot holes outside can make running hazardous.
Yes-you're right-it's not much fun up North @Texas Stadium either-lol! Training is status quo & I'm just ready for 2010 comp schedule-I'm getting antsy :)
If salmon is too expensive, try cream snapper fillet!!
Oh yes, would love to top my salad with some healthy nuts like sunflower or linseeds for the good unsaturated fats!
Oh boy, I am so hungry now!!!!
