Watched Pumping Iron, bought a 117 pound, cement based, set of weights and never looked back
Why I Love It:
Moving the iron: the effort extended, the burn and subsequent pain. Sick I know....
How I Stay Motivated:
The concept of bulking and cutting. I love stretching the shirts during winter and pulling 'em off in the summer.

no, not on purpose anyway. Just didnt have the support I needed to make it happen.... and the vacations and running around got me down too. When I'm not going to the gym, I dont eat right. It goes hand in hand for me of course. Ive got to learn not to let that happen to me. I can only go on daycare days which are Mon. Tues. and Thurs. otherwise I have to count on my husband to watch the kiddos.
