Watched Pumping Iron, bought a 117 pound, cement based, set of weights and never looked back
Why I Love It:
Moving the iron: the effort extended, the burn and subsequent pain. Sick I know....
How I Stay Motivated:
The concept of bulking and cutting. I love stretching the shirts during winter and pulling 'em off in the summer.

yep yep! sticking to basics in training (check my routine if you like to see tha split), and food? i eat clean, but i eat like a crazed gorilla on a shoting rampage! carbs hover at 600-800g right now, fats? 70-90g from fish! and pb with tha oats. protein? well, atleast im not constipated! loll

ha that quest is slow goin.. I have found it hard to add lean muscle with out gaining a nice layer of fat along with it.. It's trial and error sometimes...

I've been a big fan of the Heavy Duty principles for sometime. Mike Metzer was ahead of his time. Looking at your thickiness I see it has been working well for you. I'm doing some blood volume work and will be going back Heavy Duty in a week. I cycle both of these routines.
