It's a great way to relieve stress and regulate a hectic schedule. Growing up I wasn't athletic at all so working out has become my means of exploring my body's potential. Being able to manipulate my body provides me with a lot of satisfaction. |

Looking at photographs taken before I started lifting and realising the progress I've made and how far I have to go! |

How are things going. I'm coasting this summer at lower 180's. Will start working out harder, when I start eating more around August- heading back to 200lbs.

Hey A, it was the evil temptress known as wide grip chin ups that caused it. Trained today and looks like its holdin up..phew! Not going to 'over achieve' on this excercise for a while. Hope you smashed bench this week! Cheers P

I'm alright, was sick again last week. Hopefully the LAST time this season I'll be sick. I still feel ok, and didn't lose TOO Much. Just starting to lift again this week (I took last week off because i was sick) so we'll see how it goes.

G'day - things going well - bar having sore shoulders. Had deep tissue massage on them on Thursday - ouch - don't know what was worse - the stiffness/soreness or the treatment!
