How I Started:
I was tired of being small and looking weak.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to relieve stress and regulate a hectic schedule. Growing up I wasn't athletic at all so working out has become my means of exploring my body's potential. Being able to manipulate my body provides me with a lot of satisfaction.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at photographs taken before I started lifting and realising the progress I've made and how far I have to go!
BB Accomplishments:
Overcoming my apprehension about joining a gym and, when I learned to eat right, gaining 15 pounds in three months.

How are things going. I'm coasting this summer at lower 180's. Will start working out harder, when I start eating more around August- heading back to 200lbs.
