Monday: Squat, Bench press, Deadlift, Lateral rise,
Barbell curls, Tricpes pushdown

Wednesday: Squat, Military presses, Bent over rows, Dips, Rear laterals, Dumbbell Curls, Triceps extensions


Friday: Squat, Incline BP, Barbell shrugs, Chinups,
Side laterals, Barbell curls, Triceps pushdown


Set and Reps in Squat, Benchpress, Deadlift, Military presses,
Bent over rows, Incline BP, Barbell shrugs: 5x5!

Set and Reps in Lateral rise, Barbell curls,
Tricpes pushdown, Rear laterals, Dumbbell Curls,
Triceps extensions: 2x15!

And in dips an chinups: 3 set to failure
