This was me about a year ago i still cant believe it, it's amazing what that prosthetic did for my left arm and also this is over 1yr 6months without lifting

This compares what I was exactly this time last yr. The first pic is of me after not lifting for over a yr the seond pic is of me after lifting since March of 09'

taken july 18th gained a little drinking weight back from being on vacation all summer, but a huge difference within a year also i just got back into the gym in march of 09'
