How I Started:
Weighed about 205 lbs.in 2005(more fat than muscle). Before that, I was always the tall skinny kid with long hair that everyone seemed to pick on. Woke up 1 morning, went and bought a Home Gym and started pushing my body to the extreme. Been doing it since and love it!!!
Why I Love It:
Great RUSH!!! Besides playing guitar, weightlifting is the only other hobby I have really enjoyed and look forward to 3-4 days a week. Kind of like a kid in a candy store, I always say to myself "Oh boy, oh boy, I get to lift today"!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
RESULTS!!! I keep a mental picture in my head of what I used to look like and how I'm coming along so far, very happy with the progress and will never go back to the old me....PLUS, I love knowing I'm keeping my body in great shape all the time. Especially love the PUMP RUSH!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Well, I started out in late 2004 not pushing hardly any weight at all to benching almost 300 lbs. currently. I'm still pushing for excellence and will never give up!!!!
