Oh snap it's about to be 2010! My resolutions are to love more, smile more, have more fun, eat clean clean clean and train 10x harder. It's all worth it in the end :-)

Back from the convention in PA and ready to hit the gym again. I can't wait til the next one, its going to be even more wild. I better start hitting the gym again...I want to wear even less next yr ;)
