What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
I need to work on my own motivation. Otherwise i'd be a hypocrit. Doing pretty good lately. 5 days a week.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Rotater bugs me all the time. It's tough to go heavy on shoulder day. Been working on rehabing it without surgery.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form, Over training, Too much weight.
